Permitted Use: You may use our website and services for lawful purposes related to home care agency consulting. You agree to use our website only in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our services without written permission
• Impersonate MHCCG or any of its employees or representatives
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website

By providing your phone number through any form on our website or during the course of our services, you agree to receive SMS communications from MHCCG.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MHCCG.

MHCCG provides home care agency consulting services including but not limited to startup consulting, digital marketing, MCO contracting, caregiver recruitment, CRM automation, acquisitions advisory, and virtual assistant services.

The scope of services for each engagement is defined in the applicable service agreement or package description. MHCCG will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services as described, but the specific outcomes of any consulting engagement depend on many factors outside our control, including client implementation, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

MHCCG does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, licensing approvals, or client acquisition as a result of our services. See Section 6 for our full disclaimer of guarantees.

• Setup Fees: All setup fees are due in full prior to onboarding and commencement of services. Work will not begin until the setup fee is received and confirmed.
• Monthly Fees: Monthly service fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay monthly fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
• No Refunds on Setup Fees: Setup fees are non-refundable once paid. These fees cover initial strategy, account setup, onboarding, and infrastructure work performed at the start of the engagement.
• Cancellation of Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly plan with 30 days' written notice sent to [email protected]. You will be responsible for fees incurred during the 30-day notice period.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 10 days of the due date may incur a late fee and/or suspension of services.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis with respect to outcomes. We commit to delivering our expertise, best practices, and professional effort — but past client results are not a guarantee of future performance for any individual client.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MHCCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MHCCG in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of My Homecare Consulting Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Materials, templates, and deliverables created specifically for your engagement become your property upon full payment of all fees owed. MHCCG retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during the engagement.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information, including SMS consent.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
